I was extremely happy with my visit and Dr. McGrath! Excellent staff that provided outstanding service to me! I'd highly recommend their dental team to anyone. I'll be looking forward to my next visit in six months. I'm thankful for the wonderful service that I was given!! Best dentist that I've ever seen!

If anyone is looking for good dentists in the Kannapolis area, I wholeheartedly recommend Seamless Dentistry. They are a wonderful group with very personable dentists, hygienists, and office personnel. You will not be disappointed!

I recently had a root canal here. The dental hygenist was left to put the rubber inserts in my tooth. She wasn't paying attention. She was turning to others walking behind her constantly to talk to them. More than a few times she left me laying with my head inclined backwards and didn't even tell me if she would be back. Now, because she wasn't paying attention the temporary crown was left too high. This caused the ligament under my tooth to be sprained, resulting in terrible, constant pain. It ruined my Thanksgiving as I couldn't even chew. They didn't bother to reply to my message asking about pain medication. I am still currently in pain. It takes a few weeks for the sprained ligament to heal and it hurts every bit as much as a bad toothache. Don't go here. The dentists are fine, but the hygenists are more concerned with everybody else in the office. UPDATE : The office replied back to me that this is all MY FAULT because I dared message them the day before the holiday weekend. They were open for business and I messaged in the morning and was ignored all day. They took no accountability and offered no help whatsoever. Filled out all of their paperwork online gave them a copy of the insurance card and ID had an appointment set for 830. I got there at 8:25 after listening to them tell a customer that was 10 to 15 minutes late that they could not honor her appointment I then checked to see why I was still sitting there at 8:45 to find out that they have not been able to Check my insurance when I looked at my paperwork. It didn’t even match anything about me if you’re going to go here, please make sure you have your paperwork filled out a day before you get in there. Otherwise you will sit and wait instead of getting you back getting the cleaning done And addressing it at your time of departure because in their paperwork you fill out at states that you will be billed for half regardless I would’ve paid the whole bill myself and dealt with my insurance company later versus sitting there waiting which would make me late to my other appointments because they were late getting us in. Then the manager ends up arguing with me instead of just saying let’s get you back. This might need to be a self-pay, but we wanna honor your appointment.

I searched seamless dentistry off on Google and decided to book an appointment with them. Only after 1 visit they surprised me with a gift for my baby girl’s upcoming arrival! Very very thoughtful and they definitely made it personal which is a such a sweet touch. Definitely feel the family atmosphere with seamless dentistry and they truly pay attention. My previous dentist basically told me that a couple sensitivity things were harmless but upon my first visit, seamless were able to give me a thorough understanding of what the problem actually was and gave me the steps I will need to get it taken cared of. I will be going back to get my dental hygiene taken cared of after giving birth! Thank you Seamless Dentistry.
